About Alpha One Index

Independent, open-source research tracking the AI ecosystem.

Our Mission

Alpha One Index provides comprehensive, automated indexes that track the rapidly evolving AI infrastructure, security, and governance landscape. Our indexes are designed for engineers, researchers, and enterprise decision-makers who need reliable, up-to-date data on the tools shaping the AI ecosystem.

We maintain five specialized indexes covering AI infrastructure, TRiSM (Trust, Risk, and Security Management), red teaming, LLMOps, and application security — each updated on automated schedules ranging from hourly to weekly.

Methodology

Every index is built on transparent, reproducible methodology. Our data collection is fully automated via GitHub Actions workflows that fetch, validate, and commit data on defined schedules. All source code, data, and methodology documentation are publicly available in our GitHub repositories.

Vendor inclusion criteria, scoring frameworks, and data sources are documented in each repository's METHODOLOGY.md file. We use structured schemas with automated validation to ensure data quality and consistency across every update cycle.

Editorial Independence Statement

Alpha One Index does not accept payment for rankings, placements, or editorial coverage. Sponsors are identified clearly and have no influence over index methodology or data.

Our commitment to editorial independence means:

This policy ensures that every index reflects the actual state of the market, not the interests of any individual vendor or sponsor.

Open Source

All Alpha One Index projects are released under open-source licenses. We believe transparency is essential for trust. Our GitHub organization hosts all repositories, workflows, and data — available for anyone to inspect, fork, or contribute to.
